1 week to lose 4 kg, dare you try?

Day 1 – Monday 
Breakfast: 2 fruits and boiled eggs
Lunch: Fruit and 2 slices of bread
Dinner: Salad and boiled chicken breast

Day 2 – Tuesday 
Breakfast: 2 fruits and boiled eggs
Lunch: Salad and boiled chicken breast
Dinner: 2 boiled eggs, a salad and a lemon.
Day 3 – Wednesday 
Breakfast: 2 fruits and boiled eggs

Lunch: cheese and a slice of bread and tomatoes

Dinner: Salad and boiled chicken breast

Day 4 – Thursday

Breakfast: 2 fruits and boiled eggs

Lunch: Fruit

Dinner: Salad and boiled chicken breast

Day 5 – Friday


Breakfast: 2 fruits and boiled eggs

Lunch: 1 plate of boiled vegetables and 2 boiled eggs

Dinner: Salad and grilled salmon

Day 6 – Saturday
Breakfast: 2 fruits and boiled eggs

Lunch: Fruit

Dinner: Salad and boiled chicken breast

Day 7 – Sunday
Breakfast: 2 fruits and boiled eggs
Lunch: 1 bowl of vegetables, boiled chicken breast and tomatoes

Dinner: 1 plate of boiled vegetables
